The American actor-singer, Jennifer Lopez recently bagged a multi-year deal for her production banner, “Nuyorican Productions”, where Lopez is set to produce a variety of content, both scripted and unscripted that will showcase diverse roles of female actors and serve as a platform for talented female writers, producers and directors.
Under the same production banner, the next Netflix feature film, “The Mother”, directed by Niki Caro, will see Jennifer Lopez in the lead role. Another feature film under the same banner, “The Cipher” is based on a novel by Isabel Ojeda Maldonado.
Jennifer Lopez has been a driving force in the film industry with her prolific acting skills and the plethora of roles she had undertaken in her career. As a producer, she now wants to bring impactful stories to the forefront that adds to the inspiration and joy of audiences around the world.

As per Variety, Lopez is currently training for her role in the upcoming Netflix feature film, “The Mother” which is bound to release in the fourth quarter of 2022.
