During the store’s launch, Kajal agreed to a man’s request to take a selfie. However, in videos posted by fans on X, he is seen grabbing her and holding her waist while taking a selfie. The actress was shocked, gesturing him to get away from her. The video from the event was widely shared on X, with fans criticizing the man’s actions. However, Kjala did not let this distract from the event, she then answered questions from the audience.

Sadly, she is not the first female actor to face this situation. Sara Ali Khan, Aparna Balamurali and Aahana Kumar were among the actresses who were inappropriately touched at events in the recent year.
In the meanwhile, on the work front, Kajal took a break from the film industry in 2022 following the birth of her son Neil with her spouse Gautam. She returned to her career and will soon be featured in the Tamil film Indian 2 and the Telugu movie Satyabhama.
