KRK says “no use” to file a defamation lawsuit against Mika Singh over diss track

An hours after Mika Singh published his diss track titled ‘#KRKKUTTA’, KRK has announced that he will not file a defamation lawsuit against the singer.

Actor turned film critic Kamaal R Khan aka KRK on Friday reacted to Mika Singh’s diss track on him. The track ‘KRK Kutta’ was released by Mika on YouTube with the singer hurling abuses at KRK. The singer claimed that the song is meant to be a “befitting reply” to KRK, in the context of the latter’s ongoing tussle with Bollywood star Salman Khan. The song has been sung by Mika while Shaarib Toshi have composed the track. Video features the general public with a cameo by Vindu Dara Singh.

The Deshdrohi actor on Twitter said, “After all the discussion with my lawyers, I have decided to not file defamation case because no use to fight a case for next 15 years. Therefore my videos about all of them are coming soon. Watch this review tomorrow morning.”

On Friday, KRK had said that he had watched the music video of the diss song. The video features a cameo by Vindu Dara Singh. In a now-deleted tweet, KRK had said, “I have watched the song of #Mika about me. I am thankful to him for making it. I am thankful to bookie (as per Mumbai police record) #VinduDaraSingh also for featuring in the song. I am thankful to #MeToo master #ToshiShabri for giving music. Now wait for my videos about all of them.”

KRK’s row with Mika started after Salman Khan filed a defamation suit against him. While KRK maintained that Salman came after him after his negative review of Radhe Your Most Wanted Bhai, Salman’s legal team  explained that the case was filed for defamatory allegations against the star.
