Loveyapa, starring Junaid Khan and Khushi Kapoor, is approaching ₹5 crore in box office revenue. According to industry tracker Sacnilk, the Advait Chandan-directed film earned ₹1.65 crore on its third day.
On its first Sunday, Loveyapa had an overall Hindi occupancy rate of 16.35%. The comedy-drama has grossed ₹4.45 crore in the domestic market, according to the report. Grusha Kapoor, Kiku Sharda, Tanvika Parlikar, and Devishi Madaan all play major roles in the film.
Karan Johar attended a VIP screening of Loveyapa before its release date. After watching the film, the filmmaker shared a critique on Instagram. KJo stated, “Drum roll for 2025’s first love story success story…”

Khushi Kapoor, the daughter of Sridevi, and Junaid Khan, the son of Aamir Khan, make their film debuts in Loveyapa. Khushi Kapoor previously participated in the Netflix series The Archies, starring Suhana Khan, Vedang Raina, and Agastya Nanda. Meanwhile, Junaid made his acting debut in Siddharth P. Malhotra’s Netflix film Maharaj, which will be released in June 2024.
