Amid rising demand for premium housing in Pune, Mahindra Lifespaces has launched ‘Codename Sanctum’, a new residential phase at its Mahindra Citadel development in Pimpri-Chinchwad.
Spread across approximately 9.66 acres, Mahindra Citadel has an estimated Gross Development Value (GDV) of nearly ₹2,500 crore. The latest phase, comprising Towers E, F and G, is expected to generate around ₹800-850 crore in GDV and will offer premium 2 and 3 BHK residences.
Vimalendra Singh, Chief Business Officer (Residential), Mahindra Lifespace Developers Ltd. said, “Mahindra Citadel has emerged as a strong contributor to our Pune portfolio, reflecting sustained demand for premium residences in well-developed urban corridors. With Codename Sanctum, we are launching a limited inventory of 2 and 3 BHK homes that combine space efficiency, modern design, and ample nature within the development. Pune continues to be a strategically important market for us, driven by infrastructure-led growth and a strong end-user driven housing market.”
The company said the homes are designed to cater to evolving urban lifestyles with an emphasis on ventilation, natural light and open spaces. The residences include expansive terrace-style decks overlooking the Military Farms.
The project offers more than 30 amenities including a half Olympic-size swimming pool, indoor community hall and badminton courts.
Situated along the Old Mumbai–Pune Highway, the development also benefits from access to the adjoining metro station and major transit corridors.
Mahindra Lifespaces stated that Pune continues to remain a key market due to infrastructure growth and sustained end-user housing demand.
