Paul Singer’s Elliott Management Corp raised $1.5 billion from two Spac’s that the company filed for. The blank check company Elliott Opportunity I Corp. is seeking to raise $1 billion, while Elliott Opportunity II is targeting $500 million.
According to the latest reports, of the $77 billion raised on U.S. exchanges, 63% accounts for SPAC’s. A total of 146 SPAC’s have been filed since January 1.

Eduardo Saverin’s B Capital Technology Opportunities Corp. filed to raise $300 million.
