No comment on Morgan issue at this time: KKR CEO

KKR CEO Venky Mysore ignored for commenting on the Morgan issue at this time.

KKR captain Eoin Morgan along with his English team vice-captain Jos Buttler, is under an investigation by the English Cricket Board (ECB) for their alleged racist tweets, mocking Indians, over social media, the Kolkata Knight Riders have held back themselves from commenting on the issue, for now.

KKR CEO Venky Mysore, said “We don’t know enough about it to comment at this time. Let’s wait for the process to be completed to get all the facts before we jump to any conclusions.”

Although ignoring from commenting on the issue, KKR CEO Venky Mysore did say that the organization has zero-tolerance for any sort of discrimination. He quoted just to reiterate that, “the Knight Riders organization has zero-tolerance for any sort of discrimination,” Mysore told TOI on June 9.

Morgan is England’s limited-overs captain, while Joss Buttler is the national team’s wicketkeeper-batsman, and is part of the Rajasthan Royals franchise in IPL.

Both English players are alleged over the post, in which Buttler and Morgan used the word ”sir” to mock the Indians, started viral on social media after ECB suspended pacer Ollie Robinson for some of his offensive tweets dating posted in the year 2012-13.

The England Cricket Board (ECB) has promised appropriate action, saying that each one will be considered on an individual basis.
