Online grocer BigBasket got hacked, details of over 2 crore customers on darkweb for sale

Bengaluru-based online grocer BigBasket is suspected to have faced a potential data breach with the information of more than 2 crore customers on the darkweb for sale for around $40,000 (about ₹30 lakh), according to a US-based cybersecurity intelligence firm Cyble. The data includes the full names, email IDs, contact numbers, addresses, dates of birth, password hashes, PIN, location, and IP addresses of login, among other bits of information.
