Pakistan national team, who were defeated by Zimbabwe in the 2nd T20 in Harare Cricket Club by 19 runs, won the series decider game by 24 runs.

Pakistan had won the first game by 11 runs in this series.

Mohammed Rizwan and Babar Azam played a vital part in today’s win against Zimbabwe as they scored 91 runs and 52 runs respectively while giving a target of 165 runs in the 20 overs

On the other hand Zimbabwe were just able to score 141 runs in their 20 overs where Wesley Madhevere scored 51 runs and Tadiwanashe Marumani also scored an important knock of 35 runs.

Hasan Ali bowled graciously and took 4 wickets in his 4 overs while giving away only 18 runs.

“It was a team effort. The openers gave a good start, and the discussion with Rizwan and me was that we needed a big partnership and one of us had to take it deep. The ball was coming onto the bat well and our target was 150-160. They batted well in the first ten overs, they fought back well, but our fast bowlers came back better” Babar Azam said in the post match presentation.
