Aditya Birla Housing Finance Limited (ABHFL) has opened a new branch in Katraj, Pune, expanding its Maharashtra network to 30 branches amid rising demand for housing finance in the region.

Katraj has witnessed increased residential activity, supported by improved connectivity and growing interest from first-time homebuyers and professionals. The new branch aims to address this demand with tailored financial solutions.

The company offers a wide range of products, including affordable housing loans, prime housing finance, construction finance, and loans against property, targeting varied customer segments.

To mark the launch, the company has introduced a limited-period offer of zero login fees and spot loan sanctions of up to ₹50 lakh, valid till May 31, 2026.
