Ratan Tata urges people to provide temporary shelter to stray animals during monsoon season

Businessman Ratan Tata is undoubtedly the most adored industrialist in India. It is no hidden fact that the entrepreneur love and cares for animals. He has once again proved that he carries a golden heart as he took to his Instagram handle to share a note for stray dogs.

In his Instagram post, Mr. Tata urges people to look under their cars before starting off as stray animals such as dogs and cats might have taken shelter there. He shared the note along with a picture of a black dog. Mr. Tata also requested the public to provide temporary shelter to these, as they struggle to find one during monsoon season.

The note read, “Now that the monsoons are here, a lot of stray cats and dogs take shelter under our cars. It is important to check under our car before we turn it on and accelerate to avoid injuries to stray animals taking shelter. They can be seriously injured, handicapped and even killed if we are unaware of their presence under our vehicles. It would be heartwarming if we could all offer them temporary shelter when it is pouring this season.”
