Bollywood actor Salman Khan has sold one of his residential properties in Mumbai’s upscale Bandra West for ₹5.35 crore. According to property documents accessed by Square Yards through the Maharashtra government’s Inspector General of Registration (IGR) portal, the deal was officially registered in July 2025.
The apartment is located in Shiv Asthan Heights, a premium building in the heart of Bandra West, a neighbourhood known for being home to several Bollywood celebrities. The flat reportedly covers a built-up area of 122.45 square metres, approximately 1,318 square feet, and comes with three dedicated parking spaces.
The transaction included a stamp duty of ₹32.01 lakh and registration charges of ₹30,000. With its proximity to key business areas such as Bandra Kurla Complex, Lower Parel, and the Mumbai International Airport, Bandra West remains one of the most in-demand localities for both buyers and investors.
Though he sold this apartment, Salman continues to reside in the iconic Galaxy Apartment located opposite Bandstand in Bandra. His family owns two floors in the building Salman occupies one, while his parents live on the other. The home is known for its simplicity and also features a private gym and a large balcony. Due to rising security concerns, a bulletproof glass has recently been installed on his balcony, where he often appears to greet his fans.
