The bulk of cars were lined by the senior ministers and the officials were parked on the race track inside the stadium.
I'm personally very sad to see such disrespect for sports and sporting ethics in our country. https://t.co/XV47LRckmJ

Calling it as an “insult to athletes,” BJP officials said that vehicles have damaged the race track and the Maha Vikas Aghadi leaders should apologize for the same.
When the officials of The Indian Express contacted Sports Minister Sunil Kedar, said the matter was an “oversight” on their part. “Because of the age, Pawar saheb now has difficulty in climbing the stairs. Therefore, his car was allowed inside. However, the fact that many cars came in and were parked on the track was because of an oversight on our part.”
Kedar also added that the track was already strained and the department has started the process of relaying it. “We will sanction funds necessary at the earliest and lay another international-level track.”
