Shilpa Shetty practices Parsva Sukhasana to reduce stress

Actress Shilpa Shetty Kundra, being a yoga freak, posts her yoga video very often. Recently she posted a video of Parsva sukhasana and stated it’s benefits.

Bollywood actress Shilpa Shetty Kundra is a fitness freak and practices yoga regularly. She is quite active on social media and posts her yoga videos frequently. Recently she shared a video of her practicing Parsva Sukhasana and also stated it’s several benefits.

The actress said that it is good to start a week with calm mind and practicing this yogasana helps in it. She wrote, “Sometimes, one needs to start their week on a calm and quiet note. Today is one such day for me when I just want to relax my mind and calm myself down. So today, I practiced the Parsva Sukhasana.”

Mentioning about numerous benefits of the asana, she wrote, “It helps relieve the pent up stress and anxiety that gradually affects the immune system & one’s overall health. Physically, it helps stretch the neck, shoulders, obliques, and back.”

She also insisted everyone to practice this asana frequently, as she wrote, “Take some time off whenever you can, choose to practice this asana, and let your mind & body just go with the flow. A calm and composed mind & body can deal with a lot more than we can think of❤️🧘🏻‍♀️🧘🏻‍♂️☀️ Tag a friend who should start this ritual right away!”
