USA based Jessica was stunned when her six year old boy made purchases worth $16,000, approximately Rs.11 Lakh on his iPad through her account. All the purchases where in app purchases made in July 2020 when he got his iPad. When Jessica contacted Apple asking for a refund she was denied the money because she failed to reach out to them within 60 days and they cannot help her post 60 days of the occurrence.
