Russian made vaccine Sputnik V will soon offer a booster or the second dose of the vaccine, which has been adjusted to figure against the Delta variant of coronavirus, to other vaccine manufacturers, the Russian Direct Investment Fund (RDIF) said in a tweet on Thursday.
