The Tata Group and Singapore Airlines owned Vistara is aiming to start direct fights to the United States as the COVID-19 pandemic demands non-stop travel facilities. Vistara is currently studying and implementing various scenarios through which this can be made possible. While the timing and the requirements are not finalised, they are in discussion and on the plan. They expect to grow to 70 plans from the current 48 by the end of the fiscal year.
