Indian wrestler Sushil Kumar planned to murder a BJP leader in Greater Noida four years back

The two-time Olympic medallist Sushil Kumar’ friendship with infamous gangsters is something that was known to the Dehli police and UP Special Task Force (STF) for a long time now. An officer informed India Today that the fall of Sushil Kumar was inevitable. The wrestler first came in touch with criminals when he got the responsibility of running toll booths.

Kumar was aware that muscle power and people with criminal background runs a toll business. Along with the same reason, he got in touch with Anil Bhati who is the nephew of dreaded gangster Sunder Bhati. Anil had already had murder charges and other cases registered against him.

An official from UP STF (Special Task Force) informed India Today that a BJP leader named Shiv Kumar was killed in Greater Noida in 2017. The gangster had murdered him as per the instructions of Anil. In the investigation of this case, the police came to find out Sushil Kumar’s relationship with Anil Bhati though, no proofs are yet surfaced in the crime.

According to the police, the wrestler developed a relationship with those gangsters after getting into the toll business. The crime branch of the Delhi Police is investigating the Sagar Rana case, also busy finding  Sushil’s partnership with the criminals.
