Tobias Menzies to join in Brad Pitt’s untitled Formula 1 – deets inside

The English stage actor Tobias Menzies will join the cast of Brad Pitt’s untitled Formula One racing movie.

In the movie, we will see Brad Pitt as a former racing driver who makes a comeback to the sport. As per the Hollywood Reporter, actor Tobias Menzies will also be a part of this project. However, his role has not been disclosed yet. Tobias was an Emmy winner for portraying Prince Philip in the Netflix series “The Crown”.

The movie will also star Damson Idris and Kerry Condon, and the team of directors includes Joseph Kosinski and producer Jerry Bruckheimer, who were part of the movie Top Gun: Maverick. The screenplay will be written by Ehren Kruger. Lewis Hamilton, the seven-time Formula One champion, will produce the movie for Dawn Apollo Films. Apart from this, Bruckheimer and Chad Oman will produce Jerry Bruckheimer Films along with Pitt’s untitled movie.

As per the sources, the movie will be supported by both Formula 1 and its teams and the FIA (Federation Internationale de l’Automobile). The executive producer will be Penni Thow. On the work front, Tobias Menzies will be next seen in “Manhunt”, where he will play the lead role of Edwin Stanton on Apple TV+.
