Upcoming Marvel Movies to be released in 2021 on Disney+ Hotstar

Here are some of the New Marvel movies to be released this year and the next year on Disney Plus.

The novel coronavirus pandemic has prompted Disney to change its plans, and Marvel’s grand plans stretch well into the future. Although some release dates are set in stone, others are mere whispers in the wind, and even others have changed dramatically due to global disasters. For the first time, Marvel will concurrently unleash a feature film on Disney Plus and in theatres. Here are some of the New Marvel movies to be released this year and the next year on Disney Plus.

  1. Spider-Man: No Way Home

Spider-Man: No Way Home is a forthcoming superhero film based on the same-named Marvel Comics character. The film is a prequel to Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness and a sequel to Spider-Man: Homecoming and Spider-Man: Far From Home. It is the 27th film in the Marvel Cinematic Universe and the fourth in Phase Four. On December 17, 2021, the film will be released. 2. Black Widow

Natasha Romanoff makes another appearance in a stand-alone film. Between the events of Captain America: Civil War and Avengers: Infinity War, Natasha finds herself in Budapest, tying up loose ends. There, she meets Yelena Belova , another Black Widow recruit and a sister figure, as well as Red Guardian, the Russian version of Captain America. Melina, another spy in the Black Widow programme, is played by Rachel Weisz. Due to coronavirus issues, the film was recently pulled from Disney’s release schedule, assigned a new fall release date, triggering a shuffle of releases across Marvel’s film slate, and then postponed again until 2021. It is now going to be released in July 2021 in both theatres as well as on Disney Plus.

3. Shang-chi and the legend of ten rings

This movie is based on Marvel’s comic superhero

Simu Liu, who practically tweeted this part into being, will play Marvel’s first Asian-American character. Opposite Shang-Chi will be the Mandarin, played by Tony Leung, a legendary Chinese comedian. The film will be written by Chinese-American screenwriter Dave Callaham and directed by Asian-American filmmaker Destin Daniel Cretton. This new Marvel movie’s release date jumped to 3rd September 2021 on Disney Plus.

4. The Eternals

The initial release date of the movie is 5th November 2021

Then, a hero hired by Eternal Ikaris is played by Angelina Jolie, who heads the star-studded cast of The Eternals. Kumail Nanjiani, Lauren Ridloff as Makkari, Brian Tyree Henry as Phaistos, Salma Hayek as Ajak, the king of the Eternals, Lia McHugh as Flax Bright, Gemma Chan as Sersi, and Don Lee as Gilgamesh also feature in the celestial adventure.

5. Thor: Love and Thunder

Another movie by Marvel is, Thor: Love and Thunder that will now be released in May 2022, and it will also be available on Disney+. Thor will be played by Chris Hemsworth, and Natalie Portman will play the female lead. This film was initially set for release in 2021.
