Virat Kohli’s Instagram Q&A session was stopped by Anushka Sharma, who had a question of her own. Here’s what they had to say; Virat Kohli, who is now in quarantine, chose to spend his free time on Instagram to answer some fan queries. His talk was interrupted by Anushka Sharma, who had a query of her own: “Where have you kept my headphones?” to which Virat replied, “Always on the side table next to the bed love,” adding a grin and heart emojis.
When a fan inquired what he did in his spare time, Virat said, “Relax and watch some great TV series with Anushka.” He also responded to a query about Vamika, their daughter, who was born in January this year. “What does Vamika mean?” a fan inquired of Virat. “How is she doing? Could we possibly get a peek of her?” to which the batsman explained, “Vamika is another name for goddess Durga.” He further added that as a couple, they’ve agreed not to expose their child to social media until she understands what it is and can make her own decisions.
Virat and Anushka met in 2013 while filming a shampoo commercial and began dating shortly after. They married in December 2017 and had Vamika, their first child, in January 2018.
Virat and Anushka started a campaign for COVID-19 relief earlier this month. While their initial goal was set at Rs.7 crores, they were able to increase it to Rs.11 crores after a large number of people contributed. They contributed Rs.2 crores themselves to the cause.
