Virtual AGM to be conducted by Reliance on June 24

The 44th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of India’s largest company by market capitalisation, Reliance Industries will be conducted virtually on 24th June 2021 at 2 pm. Along with the board’s report, the FY21 annual report will also be sent with the auditor’s report and other documents required in electronic mode to the members of the company by the oil-to-telecom conglomerate. The company will also make the annual report available on their website www.ril.com.

To determine the members eligible to vote on the resolutions set out in the notice of the annual general meeting or to attend the AGM, the cut-off date for the same is decided to be 17th June 2021 by the company. To determine the member’s eligibility to receive a dividend for the financial year 2020-21, Reliance Industries Limited (RIL) has fixed 14th June 2021 as the record date for the same. The dividend shall be paid within a week from the conclusion of the meeting only if it is declared at the annual general meeting.

The latest annual report of the company was released on 2nd June 2021. Reliance Industries Limited (RIL) has a strong balance sheet with high liquidity which in turn support growth for its business which was seen post a record fundraising round as mentioned by the Chairman and Managing Director Mukesh Ambani.
