Suniel Shetty, the soon-to-be grandfather, recently revealed that the baby is expected to arrive in April 2025.
In an interview with Hindustan Times, the proud father expressed his excitement, saying, “Right now, probably the grandchild. There’s no other conversation, and we don’t want any other conversation. We’re just looking forward to meeting the grandchild in April.”
Suniel shared that the family’s focus revolves around the baby, emphasizing that whether it’s a boy or girl, it doesn’t matter. He also fondly reminisced about how beautiful his wife, Mana Shetty, looked during her pregnancy, adding that Athiya now embodies the same beauty.
In November, Athiya and KL Rahul shared the joyful news with their fans through a heartfelt social media post, which included visuals of little feet and an evil eye, announcing, “Our beautiful blessing is coming soon. 2025.”
The couple, who had been dating for several years, tied the knot in a private ceremony in 2023 at Suniel’s Khandala farmhouse, surrounded by close family and friends.
