The much awaited teaser of Ayushmann Khurrana and Rashmika Mandanna’s upcoming film Thama is reportedly set to release alongside Chhaava, the historical drama starring Vicky Kaushal. Thama is the next installment in the popular Maddock Horror Comedy Universe and has been described as a “bloody love story.”
According to the social media handle Always Bollywood, a 47 second teaser of Thama will be unveiled in theaters with Chhaava. Their post on X (formerly Twitter) stated, “Just watched the 47-sec announcement teaser promo of Thama starring Ayushmann Khurrana, Rashmika Mandanna, and Nawazuddin Siddiqui. Must say a total wildcard journey in Maddock Films’ hit list bucket. This teaser will be out with Chhaava.”
Thama was officially announced in 2024, and its shooting is currently underway. In October 2024, the makers shared an announcement video revealing the title and cast. The video had an intense background score, and the caption read, “Dinesh Vijan’s Horror Comedy Universe needed a love story… unfortunately, it’s a bloody one. Brace yourselves for Thama Diwali 2025!
Thama, directed by Aditya Sarpotdar, stars talented actors like as Paresh Rawal and Nawazuddin Siddiqui. Niren Bhatt, Suresh Mathew, and Arun Fulara wrote the film, which was produced by Dinesh Vijan and Amar Kaushik. Fans might expect a big theatrical release around Diwali 2025.
