Varun appears on the image wearing a black mundu and without a shirt, looking ominous as he soaks up the rain. The actor, who is getting up for the battle, is seen getting into a fistfight with a few others against the backdrop of a dismal night. In order to raise his daughter in peace, Baby John, a former police officer, pretends to die and runs away in the movie. But when his old enemies begin to conspire against him, things go wrong, and if he wants to protect his daughter, he has no choice but to face his past.
For those who don’t know, Baby John is an upcoming action drama that is purportedly the Hindi adaptation of the popular Atlee film Theri (2016). The film is co-produced by the director and features lead performances by Varun Dhawan, Wamiqa Gabbi, Jackie Shroff, Keerthy Suresh (in her Hindi debut), and Sanya Malhotra (rumoured). Kalees directed the movie and wrote the screenplay.
Know the Cast
In Theri, Samantha Ruth Prabhu’s role will be portrayed by Keerthy Suresh, and Amy Jackson’s character will be seen in Wamiqa Gabbi. The adversary of the movie, originally portrayed by the late actor Mahendran, will be portrayed by Jackie Shroff. Sanya Malhotra, Sheeba Chaddha, and Rajpal Yadav were cast in important roles by the filmmakers. According to reports, Rajpal will play Varun’s father and Sanya will make a special appearance as Sunaina, his prospective bride.
