Bagmane REIT IPO to follow SEBI norms; majority allocation reserved for institutional investors

Bagmane Prime Office REIT will launch its ₹3,405 crore IPO on May 5 under the book-building process in line with SEBI’s REIT regulations.

As per norms, up to 75% of the issue (excluding strategic investors) will be allocated to institutional investors, while at least 25% will be reserved for non-institutional investors.

The price band has been set at ₹95–₹100 per unit, with a minimum bid size of 150 units.

The issue comprises a fresh issue of ₹2,390 crore and an OFS of ₹1,015 crore by a Blackstone affiliate.

The REIT has already secured ₹850 crore from strategic investors ahead of the IPO, providing early visibility into institutional demand.
