Bhuvneshwar Kumar slams over the reports of “not wanting to play Test cricket”

Indian pacer Bhuvneshwar Kumar took to Twitter to show his anger on spreading of the false news article claiming that he doesn’t want to play Test cricket.

On Saturday, May 15, Indian pacer Bhuvneshwar Kumar took to Twitter to show his anger about the spreading of the false news article claiming that he doesn’t want to play Test cricket by putting false reasons. Just after the announcement of the squad by BCCI and he wasn’t in that squad, netizens along with many news agencies started to give their own reason about his selection.

Bhuvi clarified this matter and that he had prepared himself for all three formats and will continue the same irrespective of team selection. And also requested everyone not to write suggestions about him based on the sources.

He wrote on his Twitter post, “There have been articles about me not wanting to play Test cricket. Just to clarify, I have always prepared myself for all three formats irrespective of the team selection and will continue to do the same. Suggestion – please don’t write your assumptions based on “sources”!”

 

He has played 21 Tests for India and also he appeared in the Test series against South Africa in January 2018. And also he suffered multiple injuries in the last couple of years and missed some important Test series both at home and out.
