Bombay High Court, on Monday, quashed FIR against late actor Sushant Singh Rajput’s sister Meetu Singh by Rhea Chakraborty. The FIR against sister Priyanka Singh still holds.
The Bench presided the Bombay HC’s Justices SS Shinde and MS Karnik said, “There is prima facie case found against Priyanka Singh and there should not be any impediment against investigation against her.”
Rhea filed FIR against Meetu and Priyanka Singh accusing them of forgery and violation of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act (NDPS).
WhatsApp chats dated June 8 between Priyanka Singh and SSR revealed that she advised him to take 3 medicines prescribed for depression with a picture of the prescription. The chats prove that SSR’s family knew about his mental health issues.
