He also referred to himself as a “nobody” and tagged HGTV, suggesting the network had changed over the years.
In response, Christina reshared Josh’s post with the caption “Manufactured?” and made it clear that no one had asked Josh to be rude to her, implying that his behavior was genuine. She even posted a crying selfie, which was taken after filming one of the episodes with Josh back in the summer of 2024. In the photo, she wrote, “This is ‘real’ and a reminder to myself that I deserve better.”
Josh’s post had included a screenshot of an article that teased a “tense fight” between him and Christina, which was expected to air on The Flip Off. His comments, along with the controversial drama around the show, have caused some tensions between the former couple, with Christina standing firm in her response.
