Deva day 5 box office collection

After a delay, Shahid Kapoor’s Deva finally hit theatres last week. Critics gave the movie mixed reviews at first, but Shahid’s portrayal of a police officer was praised.

In its first week at the box office, the movie has performed consistently. According to Sacnilk.com’s most recent box office report, the movie has now made over ₹24 crore. The director of Deva is Rosshan Andrews.

According to the report, Deva made ₹24.25 crore nett in just five days after its premiere. As per preliminary projections, the movie took a hit on Tuesday, earning ₹ 2.35 crore, its lowest single-day total to date.

After opening at a respectable ₹5.5 crore, Deva went on to earn ₹6.4 crore on its second day and ₹7.25 crore on its third. According to the data, Deva’s Hindi occupancy rate on Tuesday was 6.93 percent. Prithviraj Sukumaran starred in Rosshan’s 2013 Malayalam film Mumbai Police, which was remade as Deva.

Shahid portrays ACP Dev Ambre, a man who attempts to solve the death of his best friend but loses his memory. Pooja portrays Diya Sathaye, a reporter who is his sweetheart. Kubra Sait and Gulati Pavail plays important role.
