Ed Sheeran surprises fans as he gets spotted serving hot dogs ahead of Chicago concert; Watch

Ed Sheeran took a fun challenge by working at a Chicago hotdog stand where the staff are known for being rude to customers.

On Saturday, the British singer-songwriter, 32, who is travelling across the United States with his + – = x (“Mathematics”) Tour, sat behind the counter at The Wieners Circle and learned how to make Chicago-style hot dogs.

The renowned restaurant is known for its loud, rude treatment of customers and Sheeran was not spared from the employees’ jabs.

The singer posted a video on his Instagram account of a worker announcing, “We’re gonna have Ed Sheeran here at the motherf***er Wiener’s Circle and I’m gonna teach that wanker how to make a f***ing hot dog.” The same worker introduces Sheeran to screaming fans in the profanity-laced video, telling them to “shut the f*** up” and “shove [a hotdog] up you’re a**.”

Sharing the video, he penned, “Served hot dogs at @wienerscircle today.” He added, “This place is legendary [in] Chicago for serving hot dogs and insulting their customers. I loved it. See you at the stadium tonight x.”
