Hardik Pandya wishes to bowl in T20 World Cup

The T20 World Cup is coming soon and the Indian all-rounder, Hardik Pandya knows he’s got a job to do. It’s not about just scoring runs but about the bowler picking his strides and being his best when India makes another attempt at an ICC trophy later this year. Due to in and out of bio-bubbles, the all-rounder has been training hard on this front.

Hardik informed the TOI Sportscast “For me, I want to make sure, and I will be able to, that I bowl in all the games of the T20 World Cup. I am just trying to be smart and make sure that I don’t miss that. My full focus is on the World Cup.” The all-rounder realises that he has to be fittest to make his four overs count. In future, when he will bowl again, consistently, at the international level, has been a topic to discuss for quite some time now.

The hard-hitting Pandya further says “Yes, on the bowling front, what matters is how fit I am. Even after my surgery, I didn’t drop my pace. My bowling is related to my fitness. The fitter I get, the better it comes out. Whenever I play, I don’t want to play at 50%. I always play to play for 100%.”
