Harry Styles, Emma Corrin finish filming of romantic drama series ‘My Policeman’

The first shots of the film had gone viral on the internet when production began in May mainly due to the chemistry that was seen between Harry Styles and Emma Corrin.

English actor Emma Corrin, who is best known for her portrayal of  Princess Diana on the Netflix series ‘The Crown’, took to Instagram to announce the wrap of the Venice production schedule of the upcoming romantic drama titled My Policeman produced by Amazon Prime Video.

The movie is the official adaptation of the critically acclaimed novel of the same name written by British novelist Bethan Roberts. The film is directed by British theatre director and producer Michael Grandage, who is known for his work on the project Genius. The film has a script written by Ron Nyswaner, who is known for his work on the movie Philadelphia. Along with Harry Styles and Emma Corrin, the movie will also feature actors like Rupert Everett, Gina McKee, Linus Roache, and Kadiff Kirwan.

The movie, which is set in the late 1990s, will follow the tale of an elderly invalid person named Patrick, who arrives at Marion and Tom’s home, which triggers the exploration of seismic events from the past 40 years ago. The story explores the passionate relationship between Tom, played by Styles, and Patrick, played by David Dawson at a time when homosexuality was considered illegal.
