Comedian Samay Raina removed all of his show’s footage from his YouTube page a few days after a clip from his YouTube series India’s Got Latent caused a huge uproar. Samay claimed that the ongoing controversy is “too much for me to handle” on social media on Wednesday. Additionally, he stated that he will be assisting the authorities.
He shared on his Instagram story, “Everything that is happening has been too much for me to handle. I have removed all India’s Got Latent videos from my channel. My only objective was to make people laugh and have a good time. I will fully cooperate with all agencies to ensure their inquiries are concluded fairly. Thank you.”

Only a few days have passed since Ranveer Allahbadia’s video apology when Samay uploaded this note. The aforementioned footage was taken from the most recent episode of the show, in which Ranveer was invited to serve as a guest judge. Soon after the offensive exchange between Ranveer and the competitor became viral on social media, Maharashtra Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis voiced his displeasure.
The celebs that appeared on the show, including Samay Raina, Ranveer Allahbadia, Ashish Chanchlani, Jaspreet Singh, and Apoorva Mukhija, were thereafter the target of numerous FIRs. Samay Raina was supposed to perform in Gujarat in addition to his US trip. However, BookMyShow has removed the possibility to purchase tickets for all of his gigs in Vadodara, Ahmedabad, and Surat on April 17, 18, 19, and 20.
According to reports, the Mumbai police have called both Ranveer and Samay to get their version of events. Ranveer Allahbadia already posted an apology video on his Instagram account.
