The Indian budget carrier IndiGo has allowed its passengers whose connecting flights have been acncelled to opt for refund as well as rescheduling of the booked tickets. The rescheduling can be done from the origin – transit station or from the transit station- destination. Passengers can now choose the option through the official IndiGo website and the IndiGo mobile app. They want to provide flexibility to the travellers during these tough times where they are facing cancellations, and delays because of the COVID-19 crisis and weather changes.
