IndiGo calls all workers back to work from coming month

IndiGo CEO Ronojoy Dutta has announced that the airline major has decided to remove Leave without pay across all department from January 1, 2021. IndiGo had earlier reduced leave without pay for employees from 10 days to 3 days a month in November to cut costs during COVID-19 pandemic. But as the domestic flight revenue has picked up since May, the company has decided to withdraw it’s previous policy. The airline is hopeful that they will we return to pre-Covid revenue by next year and hopes for steady recovery.
