The US based fund Interups will submit its bid for Air India today. It is one of the 3 firms that have confirmed the submission of EOI on Dec 14 the other two are Tata Sons and a consortium of Air India employees. The consortium has already filed its papers while Tata Sons is yet to confirm its interest but many believe it has already submitted the EOI.
Interups has proposed a consortium with Air India employees giving them majority stake of 51%. The govt. will decide on 05/01/2021 about suitors
