IPL 2021: All Mumbai Indians’ overseas players, support staff reach their destinations “safe and sound”

Twitter Mumbai Indians said all the foreign players and the support staff in the Mumbai Indians contingent have reached their destinations safe and sound.

On Sunday, May 9, taking on to Twitter Mumbai Indians said all the foreign players and the support staff in the Mumbai Indians contingent have reached their destinations safe and sound.

Trent Boult and Jimmy Neesham along with fellow support staff members have landed in Auckland. And all the Australian players and support staff along with head coach Mahela Jayawardene have already reached the Maldives earlier this week and have started their 14-day quarantine before returning to their respective destinations.

South African wicket-keeper and batsman Quinton de Kock and pacer Marco Jansen have reached Johannesburg also all-rounder Kieron Pollard has reached Trinidad safely via a charter flight.

Mumbai Indians wrote on the Twitter handle, “All foreign members of the MI contingent have reached their destinations safe & sound. Paltan, make sure you follow all safety protocols. Stay at home. Stay safe.”
