“Hola, to my janta!” says the most secretly loved infotainment channel, Jasoosiya. Reaching the pinnacle of success looked like a mammoth-yet-challenging task. Taking the baby steps with a few videos in July 2017 felt like kissing success is way too far what can be imagined.

Now, the appetite for more success began growing to an extent wherein numbers mattered to feel happy.

The kids before 80’s could never ever have imagined that the future is holding something like Facebook or YouTube for them. The team Jasoosiya was quite like them, but internet was already crawling in everyone’s life. The idea of being able to communicate facts or stories that were never spoken about was the core idea.

However, looking after a website or any one social media platform seems too mechanical to many. Yet the idea of reaching out to the mass and doing it together was something that was not easy to get out of the minds of these young guns. Just getting a click bait video or something to make easy buck was never the purpose.

To get rid of their itch, a six-members-team kicked off in 2016 with a website. This was a platform to listen to latest songs, watch trailers, see political, corporate, economic and Bollywood news, and even share the top performing Facebook and Tumblr posts and tweets by varied netizens. Unfortunately, the idea crashed due to some unforeseen circumstances.

The team didn’t lose hope and came together with a new website, fresh brand name and completely different approach. Now, Bollywood and Politics were the major part of this infotainment platform. Well, everyone was taken by surprise when Sports made its own space with time. The lesson learnt over the period of time is, “Love your viewers and respect their interest.”

One needs to be agile with content uploads and edits but you should always keep observing how your viewers are responding. Every channel has its own set of viewers, and if you give them what they love to talk about, you are not going to miss on engagement, for sure! The team wishes to share, “Reaching the mark of more than 1 lakh followers on Facebook was never possible without the love and support of so many people. Keep showering the love on Facebook, YouTube and all the other platforms you like.”

Today, the team makes money to be able to expand and achieve its aim of building another wing by the end of 2027. “YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and Tumblr; hitting some more platforms is definitely the plan. Getting double the current team is already in progress. Adding to it, there is another idea that can keep everyone at the edge of the seat. Let’s wait to see where the future leads us!” says the team that had started their business from an attic and is now settled in Santacruz, Mumbai.
