JSW Cement’s Q3 FY26 revenue rises 13% as volumes touch 3.56 million tonnes

JSW Cement Limited reported consolidated revenue of ₹1,621 crore for Q3 FY26, marking a 13% year-on-year increase, driven by higher volumes and improved operating efficiency.

Total volume sold during the quarter increased 14% year-on-year to 3.56 million tonnes. Cement volumes increased to 1.89 million tonnes, while GGBS volumes rose to 1.53 million tonnes.

Operating EBITDA improved 32% year-on-year to ₹285.1 crore, with operating EBITDA margin at 17.6%. Operating EBITDA per tonne increased to ₹802 compared to ₹694 in Q3 FY25. Total EBITDA including other income stood at ₹371.2 crore, up 51% year-on-year.

Profit after tax for the quarter was ₹130.6 crore. Net debt stood at ₹3,557 crore as of December 31, 2025, while the company’s long-term credit rating was upgraded by CRISIL to AA-/Stable during the quarter.

For 9M FY26, total volume sold increased to 9.98 million tonnes, with revenue from operations rising 13% year-on-year to ₹4,617 crore. Operating EBITDA for the nine-month period stood at ₹875.2 crore, up 43% year-on-year.

The company completed its IPO and listing on the NSE and BSE in August 2025. The fair valuation of CCPS resulted in a non-cash exceptional expense of ₹1,466.4 crore in Q1 FY26 and 9M FY26, with no impact in Q2 and Q3 FY26.

JSW Cement continued to report the lowest carbon emission intensity in the industry at 270 kg CO₂ per tonne in Q3 FY26 and continued execution of its pan-India expansion programme.
