Matthew Hayden slams world media for “vulture” journalism, says India deserves to be respected

Mathew Hayden, possibly annoyed by the worldwide misinformation on India by the western media, provided his view on the pandemic in a comprehensive piece, stating that it is not available to people sitting thousands of miles away.

As India combats the second wave of the COVID-19 outbreak, western media outlets have begun a vast disinformation campaign to humiliate and denigrate the country in the worldwide media. India, which has fought bravely against the global pandemic far, is also dealing with a vast disinformation campaign launched by the global left-liberal elite.

In the middle of all of this, India is receiving a lot of love from people all over the world, who have come to the country’s aid not just with tangible resources, but also with moral support. The newest celebrity to join the worldwide campaign to assist India in its fight against the COVID-19 outbreak is Australian cricketing icon, Matthew Hayden.

In a recent article, the former cricketer showed his overwhelming support for India and chastised the world media for criticizing the Indian government’s handling of the COVID-19 pandemic’s second wave. Mathew Hayden, possibly disgruntled by the western media’s worldwide propaganda against India, gave his “perspective” on the pandemic in a comprehensive piece, stating it is “not available to people sitting thousands of kilometers away.”

Hayden, who was in India for the IPL event, sent a letter in which he stated, “India is in the middle of the pandemic second wave’s battering, as never seen before. As it battles the alarming spread of the virus, the world media has spared no time in lambasting a country of a whopping 1.4 billion where the sheer numbers make the implementation and success of any public scheme a challenge.”

Anand Mahindra, the head of the Mahindra Group, took note of Hayden’s impassioned message for India and praised the former cricketer.

The country’s Information Commissioner, Uday Mahurkar, also thanked Mathew Hayden for his poignant piece about India.
