The former South African skipper Faf du Plessis who got injured while fielding for the Quetta Gladiators in the ongoing edition of the Pakistan Super League 2021, has shared good news for his fans, writing down to twitter he has confirmed that he will be fine soon.
On Saturday, playing for his team South African star while running with his teammate Mohammad Hasnain on the field, collided his head on Mohammad’s leg which resulted in a serious head injury. After the accident officials took Du Plessis to the hospital, but he is back in the team’s hotel now.
After recovering for a day, Faf du Plessis came out with an update on his health for fans on social media. He thanked his fans by saying “Thank you everyone for all the messages of support. I’m back at the hotel recovering. Have concussion with some memory loss but I will be fine. Hopefully be back on the field soon. Much love.”
