Rosé, Bruno Mars’ viral single APT is actually based on a Korean drinking game; learn how to play

BLACKPINK Rosé’ and Bruno Mars recent single got everyone grooving. APT is actually inspired by a Korean drinking game from South Korea.

How to play this game?

Actually, there are just four factors to consider. The number, the count, the stack, and the opening chant. ‘Only’ is used here because we haven’t yet held a drink. This straightforward sequence may also feel too difficult to follow when adding shots, which is fortunate because it creates the ideal atmosphere for an unexpected comedy of mistakes.

Returning to the game, the starting player must chant, “(their name) favourite game, game start!” to begin. Does that sound familiar? Naturally, this is also how the song begins! After the chant, they will call out a number. Everyone begins stacking their hands on top of each other for the exciting hand-smacking portion.

Counting to the number that the starting player calls out is the target. The person whose hand ends up on top of the stack then has to take another drink.

That’s the game, and it seems like the ideal tiny, adorable diversion for spending a night at home with pals. Rosé recently posted a graphic tutorial explaining how the game should go and how much fun it can be, in case you’re still a little confused about how the sequence unfolds.
