Sunrisers Hyderabad pacer Siddharth Kaul tweets a thoughtful message after the announcement of the Indian squad for the Sri Lanka tour. The 31-year-old fast bowler posted a touching message on social media, pledging to continue to work hard as he wants to make a comeback to the Indian side.

On Thursday, The BCCI announced a 20-man squad for the Sri Lanka series with four young players Devdutt Padikkal, Chetan Sakariya, Nitish Rana and Ruturaj Gaikwad selected for the maiden national team call-up and after the news, Siddharth Kaul reacted to it on Friday.

In his IPL team jersey, shared a picture and tweeted, “I have failed over and over again in my life and that is why I succeed. And when I fail I have the smile on my face which motivates me work even harder.”

In one of the interviews with Sportskeeda, The fast bowler had expectations for making in the squad for the Sri Lanka tour. “Definitely, I want to get into the Sri Lanka squad. Because I am preparing myself, and I am performing in domestic cricket,” Kaul said.

Although, Siddharth Kaul has been seeing playing for the national team, a total of three ODIs and three T20Is he had played for India. The last game he played for the national team was in February 2019 against Australia.
