Tata Power EV Charging Solutions Limited (TPEVCSL) has entered into a Memorandum of Understanding with Gorakhpur Nagar Nigam to enhance EV charging infrastructure in Gorakhpur, Uttar Pradesh.
The agreement focuses on the installation of ultra-fast EV charging setups at key strategic locations across the city. These installations will improve public charging access and facilitate the growing shift towards electric mobility.
Fast chargers deployed at high-traffic and transit-centric locations will provide reliable charging options, reducing range anxiety and supporting the state’s green mobility ambitions.
Tata Power’s EZ Charge network comprises over 2 lakh home chargers, 5,500+ public and fleet charging points, and more than 1,200 e-bus charging stations across 630+ cities and towns, serving over 5 lakh registered customers.
