The 2025 BAFTA Awards on Sunday, February 16, promises to be a star-studded event, with celebrities gearing up for a night of recognition and celebration of the best in film and television. Alongside the prestigious awards ceremony, numerous after-parties and soirées are planned to honor the nominees.
One of the most anticipated celebrations, Netflix’s annual after-party, faced an unexpected challenge when a blaze broke out at the Chiltern Firehouse, the original venue. However, the streaming giant quickly pivoted and moved the event to The Twenty-Two in Mayfair, ensuring the festivities continued without delay.
Before the BAFTA ceremony, stars like Vanessa Kirby, Regé-Jean Page, and Henry Golding attended a pre-awards dinner at Chiltern Firehouse. The momentum of the pre-BAFTA parties continued with GQ’s Excellence in Film Dinner on February 14, co-hosted by nominees Mikey Madison (Anora), Sebastian Stan, and Jeremy Strong.
Today, Apple TV+ threw a BAFTA brunch to celebrate its three nominations for Steven McQueen’s Blitz, including Outstanding British Film and Best Actress for Saoirse Ronan.
Several exciting post-awards parties are also lined up to follow the BAFTA ceremony, with the British Vogue & GQ Fashion & Film Party being one of the most talked-about. Co-hosted by Mikey Madison, Harris Dickinson, Cynthia Erivo, and Adrien Brody, this event will celebrate both fashion and film in partnership with Tiffany & Co.
