This Actress becomes the youngest Indian actor to address the UN; Find out

Bollywood actress Sanjana Sanghi has been gradually establishing herself in the Indian film business. She is not only a dedicated actor striving to prove herself, but she is also the Youth Champion for UNDP India. She recently raised her profile even further by becoming the youngest actor from India to speak at the United Nations during the Summit of the Future Action Days on behalf of the younger generation.

Sanjana Sanghi, the actress from Dil Bechara, became the youngest Indian actor to get the honour after giving a powerful speech at the famous UN General Assembly Hall at the UN headquarters in New York City. During her keynote speech, the actress requested a seat at the tables and conveyed an important message. “All we ask is to be given a seat at the tables of change, so that we can not just be inheritors of the future but its architects,” she said in her speech.

She also adds, We are the largest youth generation in the history of time, so while we are the present, we are also the future. As I stand here, opening the Summit of the Future Action Days, I also speak on behalf of many young people around the world, voicing our shared hopes and aspirations.”

On Saturday, she took to her Instagram and post for the same.Captioning it, “Immersed in profound gratitude to have been entrusted by the @unitednations to be the Keynote Speaker representing the voice of the youth, at the United Nations General Assembly for opening ceremony of the Summit Of The Future.

For over ten years, Sanjana has been advocating for the concerns of the younger generation. She has been at the forefront of promoting significant change for a better future through a number of initiatives. Sanghi was awarded UNDP India’s Youth Champion in 2023 as a result of her dedication to bringing about positive change, and she has since made significant progress in her role as a worldwide youth advocate.
