Chris Martin and Dakota Johnson to marry soon with Gwyneth Paltrow’s blessings: Report

Chris Martin, lead vocalist, pianist, rhythm guitarist and co-founder of the rock band Coldplay, and Hollywood actress Dakota Johnson have been engaged after 6 years of dating. The reports of their engagement have sparked excitement, mainly as it comes with the full blessings of Chris’ ex-wife, Gwyneth Paltrow and their two children, Apple and Moses. According to reports, the couple decided to wait to announce their engagement until now. The couple reportedly got engaged a while ago but decided to keep the news hidden until now.

As per The Mirror, they are now more open about it among their circles. It was just a matter of time for Chris, 47, and Dakota, 34, to decide to take this next step in their relationship because, as the report also stated, they had been deeply in love since the beginning.

It has been reported that the couple is just enjoying the process of officially announcing their commitment and is not in a rush to get ready for the wedding.

Known for her roles in Madame Web and Fifty Shades of Grey, Dakota was spotted celebrating her 34th birthday in Los Angeles in October while wearing an emerald green ring on her wedding finger. This public display of their love happened after Dakota expressed her wish to become a mother and her affection for Apple and Moses, the children of Chris’s first marriage.
