In an effort to combat financial crimes, the ED has taken possession of both individuals’ properties in Haryana and Uttar Pradesh. The severity of the accusations against them is demonstrated by the fact that their assets have been attached in accordance with the Prevention of Money Laundering Act (PMLA).
Following Elvish Yadav’s arrest by the Noida police for his involvement in the illegal sale in snake venom, the inquiry got underway. After this arrest, the ED started its investigation, which resulted in the PMLA case being registered.
