Khloé Kardashian and Scott Disick shared their parenting priorities over dating in a candid conversation

Khloé Kardashian and Scott Disick have no immediate plans to jump back into the dating world—at least not until their kids are older.

In the debut episode of Kardashian’s podcast, Khloé in Wonder Land, the two discussed their decision to prioritize parenting over romance. Kardashian, who shares daughter True, 6, and son Tatum, 2, with ex Tristan Thompson, and Disick, who co-parents Mason, 15, Penelope, 12, and Reign, 10, with ex Kourtney Kardashian, agreed that their children come first.

Kardashian asked Disick how he handles dating around his kids, wondering if they bring it up or if he discusses it with them. Disick admitted that his children do ask about his love life and even encourage him to date. However, he’s not in a rush. He explained that he doesn’t want to introduce them to someone unless it’s truly serious—his “end-all-be-all” partner.

“I don’t want them getting attached to someone who might not be around long-term,” Disick shared, adding that since his kids are already growing up fast, he’s content waiting until they’re older to focus on relationships.

Kardashian completely understood his perspective, saying that if she weren’t a single mom herself, she might not have fully gotten it. But now, she does.

“I feel the same,” she said. “Yes, mine are younger than yours, but they are my top priority. And I just don’t care about dating. I don’t know what the future holds—maybe in a year or two, things will be different. But right now, I’m not interested.”

She also noted how much the dating landscape has changed, making it even less appealing. For now, both Disick and Kardashian are focused on their kids and aren’t in any hurry to start new romantic chapters.
